An upcoming collaboration between the Dublin Indian restaurant Kerala Kitchen and Katie Sanderson, the chef behind the White Mausu sauce range, should be a match made in food heaven. Sanderson’s summer barley bowl will go on sale on June 24 and will include McNally Farm leaves, charred green beans, and pomegranate barley salad topped with an aubergine pickle.
