Sunil Ghai, who is respon sible for the exquisite Indian food served at Ananda in Dundrum in south Dublin, will be at Ballymaloe House in Cork on March 24 to serve up an Indian banquet. Expect beautiful-looking, flavourful dishes which marry Irish produce with Indian spicing and technique – Ghai is unquestionably the finest Indian chef in the country.
