David and Stephen Flynn of the Happy Pear in Greystones in Co Wicklow have worked with Anthony Duggan, the executive chef at the nearby Druids Glen resort, on five new vegan dishes that are now on the menu in the bar and restaurant there. There are cauliflower wings, a buddha bowl, grilled jackfruit sandwich, a vegan pizza and a vegan black forest cheesecake.
