Morton’s supermarket provides Christmas boxes

Gary Morton of Morton’s supermarket in Ranelagh in Dublin 6 is onto a winner with his ‘Christmas trimmings in a box’. Costing €25, the box includes peeled and par-cooked spuds that have been dipped in duck fat, as well as peeled Brussels sprouts, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce and a pre-cooked carrot and parsnip purée. There’s enough to feed six, and he’ll also throw in six mince pies and a jar of brandy butter....
