The organisers of the Sunday Sessions at Pot Duggans in Ennistymon in Co Clare have secured a stellar line-up of chefs for the first half of the year. The events take place on the last Sunday of every month, and will see each chef serving a three-course menu devised using local suppliers and farmers.
