Bake 2017: Orange cake, sorrel yogurt and mixed seed granola
I’ve had different variations of this cake on the menu in Craft since we opened in February 2016. It’s gluten-free and as light as air, and all our customers generally seem to love it. The sour sorrel yogurt complements the sweetness of the cake very well, while the granola adds a nice crunch.
