Budget 2016 is bringing positive change for craft brewers, with the duty rebate given to the sector now being made available to them at the beginning of the production process, rather than the end. While the amount brewers can claim back in tax hasn’t changed, Sam Black of Black’s of Kinsale says the move is a big benefit to his business.
