Avant-garde luminary coming to Dundalk

Louth Contemporary Music Society continues to astonish with the remarkable quality of its contemporary music agenda. Its latest “acquisition” is avant-garde frontiersman Christian Wolff, the last surviving member of the New York School of composers – which included John Cage, Morton Feldman and Earle Brown – who will perform at St Nicholas Church of Ireland in Dundalk on Sunday, May 30.

Pianist Wolff has been at the cutting-edge of contemporary composing for 60 years....
