Prawn and mussel moqueca

Moqueca is a Brazilian fish stew made with coconut milk, coriander and lime. It is often made with prawn, shrimp or crab, but I decided to up the ante using locally-caught lobster and juicy Kenmare mussels, and pair the dish with a colourful tomato concasse.
