Billionaires Daniel and Florence Cathiard of Château Smith Haut Lafite have great pleasure in their 2011 vintage white, and strong hopes for their red. Or so they tell me when the Grand Cru Classé Bordeaux Châteaux and their owners arrive in Dublin in April for a mass tasting of their just launched 2011 vintage.

The châteaux present at the tasting are all Grand Cru Classé de Graves from the appellation contrôlée Pessac-Léognan....
