The RTE Concert Orchestra begins its popular Tuesday lunchtime concerts at the NCH this Tuesday, with a performance by young Waterford pianist Billy O’Brien of Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue. It is just one of four concerts highlighting the emerging talents of some of Ireland’s most exciting young performers.
