The winemaker here is hipster sommelier turned virtual winery owner, Carsten Migliarina. He is one of South Africa’s exciting new wine producers. He is a part-South African, part-German surfer who spent years working as a sommelier in Europe, giving him awareness of the kind of elements that appeal to the international palate.
