Chef Alex Greene is in his second year at Eipic and he’s kept that Michelin star for another 12 months. Chapel-like serenity rubs shoulders with lethal cocktails, and Greene’s cooking is meticulous.

There is a place for formality in Belfast and this is it. Lunch – at three courses for £30 – in Eipic on a Friday is possibly the best way ever to start a weekend.
