Young scientists make mark
Exam engine nets 15,000 users
Two teenagers who met while taking part in a BT Young Scientist bootcamp have signed up almost 15,000 users for their online exam paper search engine.
Danny Hobbs and James Eggers, who are both third-year students at Trinity College Dublin, launched BetterExaminations.ie last autumn, having kept in touch after meeting at the bootcamp in 2012.
The site allows Junior Cert, Leaving Cert and Leaving Cert Applied students to browse past exam papers and marking schemes. Users...
