Waterford company RelateCare is making headway in the US market with the opening of a new contact centre in Cleveland, Ohio, employing 40 people.

The move brings to 140 the total number employed by the firm, which provides outsourced contact centre services to the healthcare sector in Ireland and the US.

“We work with the HSE here in Ireland running the national smoking cessation service Quit.ie on their behalf,” said Conor O’Byrne, chief executive of RelateCare....
