Warning: Half of workers plan to change jobs

Survey suggests employers are not listening to their staff, says boss at recruitment firm Hays

Following years of an employer’s market, the tables are turning as the majority of Irish people plan on changing jobs over the next 12 months.

Some 51 per cent of employees here plan to move jobs while 58 per cent of people are unhappy with their salary, according to research by recruitment firm Hays Ireland.
