Wanted: leaders who can out-think Brexit

Everyone knows Brexit will be bad, but few know what to do about it

At a recent London Brexit think-in, a quick show of hands revealed that the majority of the participants knew that Brexit would hit them hard, and they would need to take steps to protect themselves.

The problem, however, was that most had no idea what those steps should be, or when should be taken. Advising them from a talent perspective, I expressed my view that standing still was not an option, even given the uncertainty.
