Vulture funds are putting in place new strategies to avoid tax and regulation, The Sunday Business Post can reveal.

Stephen Donnelly, the Fianna Fáil TD who identified the tax-slashing practices used by vulture funds in Ireland, has written to Minister for Finance Paschal Donohoe raising concerns about the funds’ tax practices, saying those seeking to avoid taxes have found a “new nirvana”.
