Angela Cavendish, a former Dublin Docklands Development Authority director and business associate of Sean Fitzpatrick, has been named as a defendant in a new legal action by vulture fund Cabot, the biggest distressed debt operator in the US.

Cavendish herself and a company she owns called Prenson are named as defendants in an action by Cabot Ireland, which has bought up distressed banks’ debt and is working through recovering monies.
