A virtual reality company backed by several Irish high rollers is to be liquidated after raising nearly €900,000 over six years.

The company, iTagged Mobile, was founded by Keith Jordan and raised funding from a variety of stockbrokers, bankers and small business owners before last week announcing it was calling a meeting of creditors to appoint Tom Friel of Murray Stafford as liquidator.
