What it does: Irish flavoured butter

Improper Butter is bringing a bit of flavour to more than 150 retailers nationwide under new deals with SuperValu and Tesco, marking the start-up’s biggest expansion to date.

The company agreed a contract earlier this year with Athlone manufacturer Oliver Carthy, allowing it to ramp up production of its flavoured butter range. On foot of the agreement, Improper Butter will be stocked in 100 SuperValu stores nationwide.
