US investor scoops €2.9 million worth of bargain shares in Hostelworld

An American investor known as the Queen of the Small Caps has pushed her stake in Hostelworld to more than 5.3 per cent after buying £2.6 million (€2.9 million) in shares last week.

Leah Zell Wanger’s Lizard Investors, which is based in Chicago, is now sitting on a stake worth just over £10 million, according to the latest stock exchange filings.
