Uniphar swallows Bradley Group en route to an IPO

Irish drug wholesale company Uniphar has acquired Bradley Pharmacy Group in a move that will bring it closer to an initial public offering.

The High Court appointed an interim examiner to Bradley group, which has debts of about €24 million, in August. Now Bradley, which operates 20 pharmacies across Louth, Meath, Monaghan, Dublin, Wicklow and Kerry, will be rebranded under Uniphar’s Allcare brand.
