Two Cork legal firms to join forces

John Boylan of McNulty Boylan and Partners and Pat Mullins of Mullins Lynch Byrne have merged to create BDM Boylan, making it one of the largest legal firms in MunsterClare Keogh

Cork law firms McNulty Boylan and Partners and Mullins Lynch Byrne have merged to create a new practice, employing 30 people on Hanover Street in the city centre.

BDM Boylan has 12 solicitors offering a range of legal services from litigation in courts and tribunals, to commercial and business development, tax advice and succession planning.

John Boylan, BDM Boylan’s managing partner, described the merger as the first stage of an ambitious expansion plan.
