Kollect, the pay-as-you-go bin collection start-up, is planning a nationwide expansion as it eyes its first major investment round.

The Waterford-based company, which runs an on-demand booking and payment platform for waste collection, will expand into Cork and Limerick in the next six months before targeting Galway and Dublin.

Self-funded to date, the company would consider taking investment to fund the nationwide expansion, according to co-founder Robbie Skuse.
