Kilkenny businessman Terry Clune is set to share in a €5 million dividend windfall being paid by TransferMate, the international payments business he co-founded.
According to regulatory filings, TransferMate, which was set up by Clune, Sinead Fitzmaurice and Barry Dowling back in 2010, is reducing its company capital to allow it to create reserves from which it intends to pay dividends.
