Top Oil buys Cork petrol stations

Top Oil is buying two fuel forecourts in Cork from a local petrol station business called Kec Retailing.

No figure has been disclosed for the deal, but accounts for KEC Retailing, the owner of the two properties, show the company had profits of €620,085 in 2015, up from €382,994 the year before. The shareholders of Kec retailing are Emma Cotter and Kieran Cotter. The Kec deal has been notified to the Competition and Consumer Protection...
