Tifco to acquire Parliament Hotel
Deal has been notified to the competition watchdog
Goldman Sachs-backed hotel operator Tifco is to buy the Parliament Hotel in Dublin.
The acquisition is being made by Halstonville, a vehicle jointly controlled jointly by Tifco directors and investment giant Goldman Sachs International.
The deal was notified to the competition watchdog, the CCPC, last Thursday.
