In the coming weeks, staff will bed in at the gold-plated new Central Bank of Ireland eco-palace on Dublin’s North Wall Quay.

I went along for a look inside; it is very much along the ‘Google chic’ line, with gleaming desk stations with stylish statement lights overhead, and the gold cladding theme continues inside along some walls and furnishings.
