Ray Grehan’s Montane Developments is gearing up for a housebuilding spree in this country

The property company founded by developer Ray Grehan is accelerating its activities in Ireland, with plans to build hundreds of homes, I hear.

Montane Developments, where Grehan’s daughter Leanne and son Bryan are directors and owners recently obtained fresh funding from Ulster Bank to power its plans. There is also believed to be private funding from a big developer partner.
