The coiffed perma-tanned debonair flair of Richard Caring is crossing the Irish Sea, as he plans a debut venture in Dublin, I hear.

Well-placed sources tell me that Caring’s Caprice Holdings group has just signed a lease at Green Reit’s brand new One Molesworth Street in Dublin 2, the building opposite Marco Pierre White’s steakhouse.
