The Sweater Shop, the family-owned retailer, is planning a string of new stores across the country as part of an ambitious expansion.
The company, which has its flagship store on Nassau Street in Dublin, is also ramping up its online presence to target international shoppers, particularly in the lucrative US market.
Founder Dom Byrne said the retailer was eyeing up new stores in Ireland in towns or cities with significant potential domestic and tourist customers.
