Amanda Pratt, the former creative director and designer with Avoca, has teamed up with Scottish aristocrats Richard and Damien Scott to set up Restoration Yard on the grounds of Dalkeith Palace in Scotland.

The new retail, food, drink and wellbeing brand is housed in regenerated 300-year old stables adjoining the palace, which lies six miles outside Edinburgh on a 1,000-acre estate.
