Future of FAI to be discussed

Shane Ross, the Minister for Transport, and Brendan Griffin, Minister of State, will appear before the Oireachtas sport committee to discuss governance and funding at the Football Association of Ireland (FAI). Officials from the FAI have also been invited to attend. John Earley, the The Schoolboys Football Association of Ireland chairman, resigned as an FAI board member last week. He was the only remaining board member from the John Delaney era.
