A brewery in Baile Bhuirne in Co Cork has turned 100 per cent gluten-free with an eye on expanding internationally.

9 White Deer was founded in 2014 and currently has eight staff, five full-time and three part-time. The company is targeting expansion into France, Germany, Portugal and Spain over the rest of the year.
