Tetrarch turns its attention to hostels

Firm already dipped its toe in the water with €7 million acquisition of Jacob’s Inn

Tetrarch, the Irish real estate investor, will next year launch a €40 million dedicated hostel development platform. The firm has already spun off a hotels arm under managing director Damien Gaffney, but now plans to expand its budget offering through hostels. Tetrarch has already dipped its toe in the water with its €7 million acquisition of Jacob’s Inn in Dublin city centre.
