Bloggers are particularly influential for young people when it comes to making purchasing decisions, new research has shown.
Some 15 per cent of all social media users aged 15 and over use blogs to get information on brands and products, according to a study from media agency MediaCom. This number doubles to 30 per cent for those aged between 18 and 24, then drops to just 5 per cent for over-55s.
