Survey: absentee bosses leave staff unhappy

The majority of workers value regular top-down communication from senior management, but close to half say they have an “invisible chief executive”, a new report has found.

The New Times, New Leaders: chief executive Communications Report 2019 report, released last Friday by PR360 in partnership with Amárach Research, questioned 1,000 adults in an online survey.
