A three-time Super Bowl winner is one of the newest investors in the Jamie Heaslip-backed Irish sports data company Kitman Labs.

Kitman raised €4.4 million, according to company documents released last week. Existing investor Bluerun Ventures, a California venture capital fund, pumped a further €3.9 million into the company.

A further €248,399 was invested by a fund managed by Harris Barton, who played for the San Francisco 49ers and won Super Bowls in 1989, 1990 and 1995.
