The entertainment business has not really changed much over the past two millennia, at least according to Tommy Higgins, the founder of Ticketmaster in Ireland.

Higgins came to this conclusion as he found himself contemplating the future of the music industry at an opera in Verona. “The venue is 2,000 years old, it was only rebuilt once after an earthquake,” he says.
