Whether it’s of the physical or cyber variety, bullying is bullying, and all workplaces must address it with the utmost seriousness

Bullying is something many of us have encountered in our lives. Luckily for most of us, it’s a distant memory from our days in the schoolyard.

Sadly, that’s not the case for everyone. We conducted a survey of Irish business professionals and found that 46 per cent of respondents were victims of bullying in the workplace.

Our research revealed that almost four in ten professionals have experienced cyber-bullying.
