Steeltech Sheds invests €2m in Tuam facility

Galway will get 100 new jobs following a €2 million investment in new premises in Tuam by local employer Steeltech Sheds.

Founder Sean Brett said the jobs would be created over two years as Steeltech started to export to markets outside Ireland for the first time.

Established in 1994, Steeltech employs 70 people in Tuam and has retail bases in 15 locations, including Cork, Dublin, Carlow and Athlone.
