State owed millions from Fair Deal scheme

The state is owed millions of euro in relation to a loan option offered to participants in the Fair Deal scheme, according to Health Service Executive (HSE) documents.

The Fair Deal scheme, which has been in operation since October 2009, assists people with nursing home costs.
