The state’s bankruptcy tsar has opened up a new front in his legal battle against bust developer Sean Dunne and his wife Gayle Killilea.

Chris Lehane has lodged High Court proceedings that may finally unlock the mystery of who owns Walford, the Shrewsbury Road property the couple bought for a record €58 million in 2005.

The action he has initiated is against Cypriot firm Yesreb Holdings which acquired the Edwardian house for €14 million...
