Sports nutrition firm Elivar secures British distribution
Company hopes to raise between €1.2 million and €1.5 million from investors
Elivar, the sports nutrition company for over-35-year-olds, has secured distribution in 100 independent bike stores in Britain since last September.
Chief executive Donal Hanrahan, a former international rower for Ireland, said his company also hoped to raise between €1.2 million and €1.5 million from investors to fuel its international expansion in the second half of this year.
Elivar has already raised €850,000 from Enterprise Ireland and angel investors including the HBAN Food Syndicate.
