Ventac, the Wicklow company specialising in vehicular noise control, is going from strength to strength following a management buyout led three years ago by managing director Darren Fortune.

Established in 1972, Ventac started out as an air ventilation business before moving into acoustics, making noise control equipment for commercial and industrial vehicles in the bus, coach, agricultural and construction sectors worldwide.
