Siteserv successor Actavo settles dispute with Irish Water

Denis O’Brien’s infrastructural services company Actavo, the company formerly known as Siteserv, has settled a multimillion-euro dispute with Irish Water over who will pick up the cost of delays and video surveillance associated with the installation of water meters.

Both sides had appointed legal teams to try and resolve the dispute, which centred on a bill initially estimated at up to €5 million.
