Shake-up at Glen Dimplex as board set for overhaul

Chief executive Sean O’Driscoll to hand over day-to-day running to Fergal Naughton

Glen Dimplex, the giant Irish electrical products group, is to overhaul its board in a move that will see the appointment of a new chief executive and chairman, The Sunday Business Post has learned.

Sean O’Driscoll, who has been both chairman and chief executive of the company best known for its heaters and electric fires, is handing over the day-to-day running to Fergal Naughton, the son of Glen Dimplex founder Martin Naughton.
