Sedgwick buys Irish outsourcing services group OSG
The sale is expected to close next month
As part of the deal, which is expected to close next month, OSG's team of more than 400 people in eight locations across Ireland will join the international operations of Sedgwick and its subsidiary, Vericlaim.
