Samsung faces another cycle of product woes
Samsung is in talks with US consumer groups over serious faults with some of its washing machines. The problems follow the tech giant’s recall of its latest smartphone over battery issues.
“The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is actively and cooperatively working with Samsung to address safety issues related to certain top-load washing machines made between March 2011 and April 2016.”
